    I have two issues and I’m not sure if they are related. I use Thrive Leads and when I have WF on it is very buggy. I’ve worked thru a few on them and whitelisted but new ones pop up. So I’ve started just turning off WF when I work in Thrive but I’m really concerned about this. Please advise.

    Second issue is that it won’t finish a scan. It (and another site I have – with Thrive on it) refuse to move past the “Scanning file contents for infections and vulnerabilities” and “Scanning files for URLs in Google’s Safe Browsing List.”

  • Hi,
    Regarding the first issue, please switch the “Firewall Status” into “Learning Mode”, then use “Thrive Leads” plugin normally for a couple of days and you will notice the Firewall will whitelist all this plugin requests, after that you can revert the “Firewall Status” back to “Enabled and Protecting” again.

    To have a better idea about what’s going on during the scan, please choose “Enable debugging mode” option under (Wordfence > Diagnostics => Debugging Options) then run a new scan and notice the “Activity Log” for any errors.

    You could also check this guide regarding the common reasons causing “scans don’t finish issue”.

    I have tried to get Thrive Leads to work, but it always goes into infinite Loading mode when try to create a new form. I hit create form, the add new form box pops up, I enter a form name, and hit create form. From there, it freezes, keeps trying to load and never goes past this screen. Please help

    Did you get any message related to Wordfence firewall or it just keeps freezing?
    What about disabling Wordfence and creating a new form again?

    Thanks, and sorry. I resolved it. I had to disable Memberium for the 1 split second used to create the form (Just to create, not create and design. Had 2 windows open to make sure it was done quickly.) then reactivate it. Strange. Sorry to jump in on this thread, couldn’t find any that had my issue.
