Conflicts with theme and slow loading sinc last update

  • Hi!
    I have’nt published any post on my blog since last update 2.0.66.16.
    In the meantime, I changed my theme and some plugins.
    Until yesterday, my home page were quite long to load (but acceptably) and displayed correctly.
    Since yesterday night, I’ve published a new post and then complications came.
    – My homepage is very long to load (more than 60 sec)
    – A display conflict appears in the home page, normaly there is a white margin between posts but not right now.

    Apparently NGG is the cause of these problems, in fact, by disactivating NGG and NGG Plus, all works fine.

    How can you help me?

    I use WordPress 3.9.1 and PHP 5.4
