    Hello,

    I just noticed an issue in which there is a conflict with my payment options and this plugin. I am using the Woocommerce Stripe Plugin and have Stripe and PayPal as payment options. I generated an order through the woocommerce admin page and sent the Invoice to the customer using standard woocommerce features. However, the invoice cannot be paid by the guest because the Stripe card fields are hidden while this plugin is enabled, I noticed the card entry field disappears at the tail end of page loading. This plugin is also adding instead of replacing its fees on the invoice when switching between payment options. This issue does not occur when a user proceeds to checkout through the cart it only happens when the customer tries to pay an invoice generated by an admin.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    I’m Chetna from the Tyche team. Kenil is no longer working with us so I’ll now be providing the support for this plugin.

    First of all, I apologize for the trouble you have been experiencing due to our plugin.

    I am also able to replicate this bug at our end. When our plugin is activated, the stripe card details are hidden while we access the link from invoice to pay for the order. I’ve reported this bug to our development team so they will fix this soon.

    Sorry for adding my comment in another user’s support topic.

    I tried the above dropbox plugin but it duplicates the fees everytime when I refresh the page or change the payment method.

    @chetnapatel This new version seems to fix the problem although its not completely perfect.
    When I load the page you will see first the credit card field collide and then show again.

    Also when you switch between e.g. paypal and creditcard it seems to change the layout a bit.

    Hopefully these glitches can be ironed our in the next update. Thanks for the update ??

    I have downloaded and installed the linked plugin update and it appears to resolve the card information issue but not the fee duplication issue.

    @tfrederick014 Just wanted to let you know that I don’t have any problem with double fees. Could it be another plugin you have which is conflicting?

    I have the same problem on my website. I have downloaded the update from the link above but the issue continue: The fields for the credit card are narrow and costumers can’t add any card details.
    The conflict is with Stripe payment gateway!

    Any news about and update? How can I solve this issue?
