Conflicts with Sticky Top Nav Menu Bar on Avada Theme

Hi its a great plugin
But it conflicts with the sticky top nav menu bar on Avada theme.The website is:
https://www.richcoward.com/newcges/northwest-university-xian-china/The top nav bar is enabled but it is not showing when the q2w3 widget is enabled.
