Conflicts with Social Share buttons

I downloaded readyKommerce Multi Newsletter Signup from https://www.readykommerce.com/newsletter-plugin-for-mailchimp/ and also tried the light version from here.
great plugin – I like it except it clashes with Responsive Social Sharing Icons. My share buttons, auto installed at bottom of every page, vanished. Deactivate your plugin and the social share buttons return. I tried Juiz Social Post Sharer and the same thing happened, however this plugin has a shortcode option which works.
