• Hello – i am using ithemes but it doesn’t have some of the functionality that you plugin has so i started using both on some sites. The problem is the scanner issue – how do i whitelist you ip address? and with is the ip address?

    This is what you wrote in the FAQS
    Does your plugin conflict with WordFence?
    The plugin does not, but there might be issues with our scanners. If you get an “Unable to Properly Scan Your Site” error, it’s likely because the WordFence plugin is blocking our scanner as an invalid crawler. You would have to white list our IP address on the WordFence dashboard.

    iThemes Security Pro utilizes Sucuri’s Site Check for the scanner. Can you please have your host whitelist the Sucuri IPs to see if it helps the scanner operate properly?

    @walterkeener3 Are you sure the Sucuri IPs are being blocked? It might be a separate issue like using a subdirectory to host the WP install instead of the website’s document root.
