Conflicts with Connections Business Directory plugin

Permalink Manager Lite strips query values when used with Connections Business Directory, such that selecting an entry on a page /staff, returns a 404 error code for the destination page /staff/name/jane-doe.

This occurs irrespective of whether the default and custom URIs are identical.
