    Hi there,

    I c\n’t see site in incognito mode when Litespeed cache is on even after excluding it.

    Please advice otherwise will have to delete ur plugin as its just free for 6 pages.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    To ensure both can work together, please locate LiteSpeed’s menu in WP Admin and ensure that it is configured as follows:?

    1. In the Cache -> Purge tab, ‘Purge All On Upgrade‘ should be ON.
    2. All options from the ‘Image Optimization’ and ‘Page Optimization’ tabs should be turned OFF.

    Hi Mane,

    Sorry to say I tried what ever you asked me to do but the problem was not solved so I got only 1 solution either to delete ur plugin or to keep it in test mode unless the true solution is not discovered.

    Its even hapeened while the speedlight plugin was excluded.

    Hope you’ll able to solve such problems regarding conflicts with other cache plugins.

We are extremely sorry to hear about your issue and would be very glad to assist you, however to proceed we will need Booster to be enabled on your website and the website connected to 10Web Dashboard – it can be done in?Test Mode. When the Test Mode is enabled, your live website will return to its original state, deactivating any optimization done by the booster and reversing any issues caused by the 10Web Booster.

    To enable the test mode:

    1. Log in to your 10Web account
    2. Click on the website where you want to enable the test mode
    3. To the left of the dashboard under Website Booster click on Frontend > Settings tab
    4. In the Test Mode section, click the toggle
    5. Click on Enable to activate

    Once done, please kindly let us know so our team could troubleshoot your problem ASAP.

    As suggested by you I activated the plugin & on the test mode of plugin. please let me know, is you able to solve the issue or not.
