Conflicts

    I have some issues regarding compatibility with a marktplace extension (WC Marketplace).

    1. When a normal user backs (not reward, just donating) a campaign from another user with vendor role, in checkout page it appears Shipping details to be entered and select from Shipping options from that vendor. This is not correct, because there is no reward, just a donation, so no shipping shoud appear for this product in the cart.

    2. I found your extension has a compatibility regarding Product image selector. In the vendor dashboard (from mrktplace extension), when adding a new product images, the images selector does not work as expected popping up. I deactivated your extension, and the product image selector works correctly on the vendor dshboard.

    Please can you have a look on those conflicts?

    I am really sorry and apologize for wasting your time. We are currently going through a huge amount of emails this month. This is why it is taking us longer than usual to test and reply to users.

    Your case is quite complicated and we do not have the available resources to invest for this matter. You may hire a developer to solve your issues. If your developer has any question about our functions, actions or filters, we can definitely help with that.

    Could you please help me debuging the issue 2 regading the image uploader? I contacted wcmrketplace team and they want to help me out but we need your cooperation. They told me that maybe it is because of a conflict with their custom role dc_vendor, and they use default WP media.

    I have discussed this with the developer. WP Crowdfunding setting has the option to allow access to certain user roles. We do not create a separate role. I think the conflict might be in the permission assignment.

    Please turn on the debug mode on your site and see if you get any error message on your browser console or any PHP error.

    PS: We are working on a new version of WP Crowdfunding. That one will not use WordPress media feature. It will have a standalone system.
