• We’ve had issues with blank messages being sent to the site admin from the beginning of our site launch with this plugin installed. We’re a WooCommerce storefront, and based on my discussions with support and others, I think this plugin and WooCommerce are conflicting somehow. I can’t replicate the issue, but the site admin gets random blank messages – and it’s been going on for months.

    Does anyone have experience with making this plugin work with WooCommerce? The functionality of it has been great, other than this headache. Any suggestions?

    Hi @shileyking, that’s a strange bug, because it’s random ??. Are you using a multisite and Which version of WooCommerce and WordPress are you using regarding this issue? Maybe I can detect this strange behavior of the blank message.

    @virgial, WP version is 5.7.2, WooCommerce version is 5.4.1 and all plugins are up-to-date. However, WP or WooCommerce version hasn’t seemed to affect it at all or slow the blank emails in the last few months – they consistently come through regardless of updates or versions.

    Hi @shileyking, I’ve updated the plugin, but it’s not in the direct update yet. Can you manually install this version and tell me if the problem is solved? manage-notification-emails.1.8.1.zip

    @virgial, thanks for the file. I uploaded it but, unfortunately, it hasn’t resolved the issue. The site owner is still receiving the blank emails.

    @virgial, do you have any other recommendations or updates we could try? This plugin does work well for us otherwise, so I hate to have to replace it, but the site owner is getting tired of blank emails.

    @shileyking I will look at it once again. up untill now I can’t reproduce this strange behaviour ??. Maybe you can try working a period without the plugin an give my an update of how that goes? In the meantime I try to solve the issue. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience.
