Hi, @champsupertramp here is recorded video:

    https://share.vidyard.com/watch/5kCggpJZCHmwdTNZrEkSg2?

please pay your attention there is only one field to set a new password but it should be two (the new password confirmation field)

And the field to enter an e-mail takes the whole with page area. The same during registration. Take a look here:

    Hi @glade

Have you reported this to the Popup maker? If so, what are their findings? It looks like their plugin is overriding the global form instead of locally accessing their own forms.

@champsupertramp you were first I reported this problem.

I will describe this problem to Popup maker developers and get back to you.

Please don’t close this thread. I will keep you informed if they can solve it.

@glade, @champsupertramp – Author of Popup Maker here.

Based on what I saw, unless they are using our AJAX Login Modals extension, there is likely 0% chance our code could cause anything like this. For the record I do not believe our extension would do this either.

    @glade

    1. Does the issue go away if you mark them all draft?
    2. Does it come back if you create a new empty popup and publish it with default settings?
    3. Did you insert a UM form into any of your popups?

If #1 is yes & #2 is yes, you will likely find that the issue comes from the content you have inside your popups. Publish them one at a time until the issue returns. The last published contains content responsible for the issue.

If #3, then you may have that popup with the UM form loaded on the same page as another of their forms causing issues, in which case try adding targeting rules to prevent that.

    Let us know.

    Hi, @danieliser and @champsupertramp

Thank you for your attention to this case. And I’m happy to tell solution works!

I was following @danieliser steps and found that problem appears only if I add UM login form into popup window.

I added targeting rules and excluded for popup such pages like /registration/, /password-reset/, and the problem gone

Thank you @danieliser you advised me to do that.

@champsupertramp the reason I was using popup for login was restricted content massage. You cannot add login form using short code (but it works if you add login form and using popup on the restricted content massage)

Either there is some way how to add short code to restricted content message or it could my suggestion to add this functionality developing your pruduct

    Thank you both
