Conflicting Setting Notices When Speed Optimizer is Enabled

When implementing the Seraphinite Accelerator I was told to enable Speed Optimizer. When I did that, I got the following “conflicting setting” notices. I assume enable is the same as activate. Should I deactivate Speed Optimizer?
A conflicting setting has been detected that is preventing correct working. The ‘Speed Optimizer’ should be disabled or ‘Dynamic Caching’ should be turned off in it’s settings. A conflicting setting has been detected that is preventing correct working. The ‘Speed Optimizer’ should be disabled or ‘Minify the HTML Output’ should be turned off in it’s settings. A conflicting setting has been detected that is preventing correct working. The ‘Speed Optimizer’ should be disabled or ‘Minify JavaScript Files’ should be turned off in it’s settings. A conflicting setting has been detected that is preventing correct working. The ‘Speed Optimizer’ should be disabled or ‘Combine JavaScript Files’ should be turned off in it’s settings. A conflicting setting has been detected that is preventing correct working. The ‘Speed Optimizer’ should be disabled or ‘Defer Render-blocking JavaScript’ should be turned off in it’s settings. A conflicting setting has been detected that is preventing correct working. The ‘Speed Optimizer’ should be disabled or ‘Minify CSS Files’ should be turned off in it’s settings. A conflicting setting has been detected that is preventing correct working. The ‘Speed Optimizer’ should be disabled or ‘Combine CSS Files’ should be turned off in it’s settings. A conflicting setting has been detected that is preventing correct working. The ‘Speed Optimizer’ should be disabled or ‘Web Fonts Optimization’ should be turned off in it’s settings. To avoid display breaking or pausing while loading pages, the option ‘Lazy Load Media’ should be set to ‘off’ in the ‘Speed Optimizer’ settings. After the settings will been changed, please, don’t forget to update the cache here.
