Conflict with Yoast Sitemap

    Hi I get a conflict with yoast sitemap functionality.
    If the Optimize Database after Deleting Revisions plugin is enabled I get a yoast sitemap error.
    “XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error”

    If I disable the “Optimize Database after Deleting Revisions” plugin the error disappear anf the sitemap is OK.

    At Yoast forum I have read taht
    “This typically happens when something in your WordPress install, either a plugin or your theme, is outputting white space and it shouldn’t.”

    Any suggestions
