Conflict with Yoast SEO

Page layout breaks when both SimplyBookMe and Yoast SEO are activated. This happens with default WP themes, as well as premium.

Curiously, the header and footer stay intact, but the #body of the page simply disappears. Deactivating either plugin solves the problem.

I’ve also reported the issue to Yoast but, given the relative popularity of the plugins, I suspect they’ll kick it back to you. For the record, in many years of WP designing and maintaining, this is the first conflict I’ve had with Yoast from any plugin.
