Conflict with Yoast SEO

compatibility with SEO by Yoast as it relates to the XML is a known issue with SM. Now that the recent change in ownership over here at WPforChurch has settled down the developers are working on releasing an update to SM here in the next several weeks. Watch your WP dashboard for an update.

I had to comment out line 165 (others online state 139 but mine was different) in podcast_functions.php and resave the permalinks to get to it working.

FYI – got the update and…the error with Yoast is still there. I removed the line

commented out the line – add_filter('generate_rewrite_rules', 'wpfc_sermon_podcast_feed_rewrite');

Might not have been the same update that you guys were planning on fixing it though.

Yes, the update to SM version 1.9.6 addressed a podcast title issue which affects a wider base and is currently being discussed in a separate thread. I apologize to all of you who will have to redo your temporary fixes before this is addressed permanently.
