    Farhan,
Can you please take a look at the CSS class names you are using. This seems to be the source of conflicts with other plugins. You may have used a generic name that is being referenced by others which could be why people with many plugin see problems.
I really want to use this plugin (and would be prepared to pay for some enhancements that I think the community as a whole would value).

    Sam,
We use classes which are common in most of the CSS frameworks and themes e.g. Bootstrap & Foundation. This helps to give the same look n feel to forms & buttons as it is in the other parts of the theme.

We have tested it thoroughly. You can change style of these classes using your theme’s style sheet or using a CSS plugin.

Please share your problem with reference to the website URL. I will look at it & will suggest you a solution.

    Best Regards.

I looked further, and you are right, it’s not the CSS.
After I have activated your plugin, when I view the Admin->Posts, I get the following error which happens after the title of the very first post is shown.

That seems to be a conflict with another plugin or current theme. Try deactivating all plugins other than ApplyOnline & check your Posts where you were having those warnings. Now figure out the concern plugin by activating plugins one by one.

If deactivating all plugins except ApplyOnline do not solve problem, then try switching to a different theme for testing only.

Above debugging methods will not effect your data on the website.
