Our website uses WP Fastest Cache for caching. If a page has a large image below the viewport, the stop ID doesn’t seem to work. For logged in users everything is fine as cache for logged in users is disabled. Also, if the caching plugin is deactivated, q2w3 works well on all pages. The “view page source” shows that the stop ID is present even on the cached pages but due to some reason it doesn’t work. Everything works well for small images (smaller than the container).

Could you have a look please what could be done? I need both plugins active on the site please.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi wholesgame

I just took a look at your website. Yes, it looks like that your settings are right.

The first thing could be to exclude the JavaScript source file of the Fixed Widget plugin from caching. This should be a file like https://wholesgame.com/wp-content/plugins/q2w3-fixed-widget/js/q2w3-fixed-widget.min.js
I suppose your caching plugin can manage a list of excluded files. I could imagine that this could help.

I’m looking forward to hear your feedback.

    Kind regards, Odilo
