Conflict with WP Super Cache

Cookie Notice is conflicting with WP Super Cache, causing the banner to not appear and the blocked script to not inject. I contacted the developer of WPSC and he wrote this:

“You should contact the developer of Cookie Notice. Point them at this post that I updated this morning and it’ll make sense to them. They should probably be able to make a one line change to their plugin to get things working.

Is this something that could be added to the Cookie Notice plugin?
