Conflict with WP Super Cache

I have a site build with WordPress 3.5 and ran into an issue where WP Super Cache 1.3.2 is not working. Found that disabling this module allowed WP Super Cache to work. Any idea what might causing the conflict?
When I have WP Super Cache in debug mode, I get the following error stating it can not create the meta file.
18:22:30 /wedding Did not write meta file: wp-cache-75546b551a401ad6566c3a8db9fd3040.meta *1* *1* *1*
