Not only WP-reCAPTCHA but most auto generated image plugins may cause such errors.

You need to whitelist the directory to solve this issue.

    whitelist ???? HOW TO DO?

On the menu > Security > Intrusion Detection > Include/Exclude List > set it to Exclude, and put the directory in File/Directory Check List.

Can we allow plugging activity by this method?

because of in Pie register, customer not able to confirm registration link…When costumer click on registration confirm link,

    it showing like “Access denied”,

i think m getting error because of “Filter Suspicious Query Strings”

I don’t use Pie Register. My guesses are the things in Server Tweaks, try to disable (one or all of) these things:

    – Filter Request Methods
    – Filter Suspicious Query Strings
    – Prevent long URL strings

I ever had issue to make this plugin work with other, it solved by disable the 2 above (filter suspicious and prevent long url).

    Thanks for reply..

i ll disable as per ur instruction,

But let me know this will compromise with security ?

If by disabling one or some of the above, you can make your Pie Register works correctly, then you have options:

    1. Disable the feature in Better WP Security which is not compatible with Pie Register. Yes, this means sacrificing some protections.

    2. Don’t use Pie Register, find another similar plugin.

    3. Better WP Security + Pie Register + Bulletproof Security. Good protections and you still can use Pie Register. Bulletproof Security is a good security plugin which can works harmony together with Better WP Security. You can read more here:

The option no. 3 sounds the best, but I personally will avoid to use too many plugins. Because it might increase memory usage and slow down website loading a bit.
