conflict with WP LightBox 2 plugin

Hi,
I have conflict of WP UI plugin with lightbox plugins. WP UI does not run, but lightbox plugin yes, if I check Compatibility Mode then WP UI runs right, but lightbox not.
Could you give me an advice for this issue?
