Conflict with WP 3.8 – text formatting bar gone

    UPDATE: Unchecking the following settings for the plugin fixed the problem:

    Activate the player customizer in the post editor: check to activate the customization window in the posts and pages TinyMce editor

    Hi,
    this issue could be caused by a permission problem on the plug in file. you probably can solve this problem by downloading the plugin to your computer and uploading it via FTP in the remote plugin folder instead of installing it via the WordPress plugin manager.
    That way the permissions should be set correctly.
