I installed the WordPress plugin SEO by Yoast to my site and noticed that the admin pages for post types (e.g. pages/posts) were completely blank. For example, if I wanted to edit a page and I clicked on the ‘Pages’ link in the admin the screen would be blank. The same goes for adding new pages/posts etc.

Having gone through deactivated all of my installed plugins I have figured out that the conflict is between Custom Post Type UI and SEO by Yoast. The version of SEO by Yoast is 1.6.3.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Would you be willing to let me log in long enough to see what may be going on? I can’t recreate this with my localhost install, so I’m curious what may be going on on your specific site that is causing it.

I can provide my email if you are willing.

That said, it sounds like there may be some sort of php error going on, if you’re getting completely white pages. May be worth checking your error logs if they’re set up, that’ll provide the best information right away.
