• Since the latest WP update my main navigation menu (when in the backend/admin area of my WP installation no longer appears – I can’t add, remove or even see any pages in the menu, so am assuming there is a conflict somewhere. Your plugin has been awesome up until now, but having to turn it off each time I want to update the navigation is annoying. You may not be aware so letting you know.

    Any fixes greatly appreciated.

    Huh, that’s odd. I can’t think of anything in the plugin that would affect the menu system, and i couldn’t reproduce the problem. I’m guessing it’s not a common one for BGMP users since 4.0.1 has been out for a week and this is the first report.

    Can you give me some extra info to help try and find the source of the problem?

    * What’s your site’s URL?
    * What theme are you running?

    Hi Ian – yes it is odd and not happening elsewhere to my knowledge.

    The url is https://www.zingbokashi.co.nz/ andit is running the Divi theme from Elegant themes (well a child of).

    Thanks for your help.

    Ian – further to my observations, this only happens on the large primary menu which has about 75 items, and running a mega menu, but not on standard small menus, which aren’t running a mega-menu system. I reallise with wp menu I have had to increase memory to show the full menu in back end, but as discussed it has disappeared.

    Thanks.

    Is there anything in PHP error log? Maybe there are more memory errors, but only on the front end? Or there could be other clues.

    If you temporary switch to one of the Core themes, does the problem still happen, or is it only with Divi?
