Thank you for using our plugin @evacatherder

I am sorry you are having such an issue. However, rest assured we’ll fix this.

We tried to reproduce this issue in our testing environment by installing Wordfence, but we didn’t manage to reproduce it.

So can you give us a bit more information about your setup so we can tackle this issue? Can you answer the below questions for us?

    1) Are you using the free or premium edition wordfence?
    2) Have you enabled any specific login security checks / hardening on Wordfence?
    3) Would it be possible to try to reset the 2FA configuration? Does that help?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi,

    1. I am using the free version of Wordfence.

    2. This is the only item checked in login security and I cannot uncheck it -https://www.dropbox.com/s/7vhvp0u7uxg604c/Wordfence.jpg?dl=0

    3. I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, reset the 2FA configuration and got the same error message.

    Thanks.

    Hello @evacatherder

What is the problem exactly? Is the plugin loading all the content in the custom 2FA profile page?

Would it be possible to tell us what theme are you using? If yes, please send us an email on [email protected] with the information.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
