Conflict with Woocommerce TinyMCE

When the plugin is activated, you can not use the Woocommerce TinyMCE.

The following error is shown in the console:

Uncaught TypeError: t.quirks is undefined

To reproduce:

1. Install Woocommerce
2. Activate the plugin (vforms)
3. Try to add/edit a product. And add a description and save. Or try to edit product description (Make text bold, Change a text to heading, etc.)
4. While you can not edit, Check the console for error
