    After troubleshooting and narrowing down the plugins, I finally found out that the Widget Context is affecting how the credit card is functioning in the checkout page. Everytime someone try to fill out the credit card info, when they input the last info in the form, the credit card form clear and they had to start over again to input their credit card info.

    How do I fix it?

    @kikib Can you please confirm how exactly is the plugin conflicting with that particular request? Is there anything in the server logs that would indicate which part of the Widget Context code gets called when this happens?

    How do I view server logs? All I know is that when I deactivated the Widget Context plugin, the Woocommerce/Stripe credit card form works fine without switching or clearing all info. I looked up your plugin since I wasn’t familiar with this particular plugin and I found out that this plugin hide or show widgets but I also see that they target urls as well. So I’m thinking that that might be the reason why the credit card info got cleared the first time.

    @kikib Each webhost has their own way of accessing PHP error logs. I would recommend reaching out to their technical support.

    As you already mentioned, Widget Context only works in the area of widgets and shouldn’t impact any other functionality of the site.

    Please do share the relevant parts of the logs once you have them so that we can look into it and potentially confirm the source of the problem.
