    Hi,

I had a problem with my woocommerce stars. After several days, the stars of my customers reviews were disappearing.

After some researches online, I realised that it can be a JS issue. So I disabled all the JS optimization and now everything is working. The stars don’t disappear anymore.

The problem of course is that, now, my website is running slow because of this lack of JS optimization.

I understand that it’s a little bit complicated to optimize everything to perfection. But do you have any idea of some JS optimization settings that I can reactivate ?

I can run some tests for every settings one after the other but I already lost a lot of reviews… And so eveytime it’s another risk that I take.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi,

    Please check this page

if it works fine with JS optm OFF , you will first need to locate which JS optm causing it , minify ? combine ? combine inline/external? defer ? or inline defer ?

and then exclude the files from being optimized

Okay, no idea where this can come from?

    Hi,

well , generally when something on plugin XXX is broken , then you can always try use that plugin’s path as whole , to exclude all JS’ from that plugin first and see how it goes

    Hi,

Well it’s been two weeks and the problem persists, even with all the LiteSpeed JS optm settings OFF .

I am confused. I don”t understand where this can come from.

You can off all JS optm first, then get them back one by one , to narrow down which one cause it first

Even with all the JS optm turned off the stars disappeared. I will deactivate your plugin for some days to see if there is a conflict between LiteSpeed and Woocommerce.

You can also try export your current settings, reset to default, see how that goes

Maybe issue is not from JS optm
