• Hi there, we’re trying to use the seamless integration mode of the free version of AWS, everything seems fine except that it interferes with Woocommerce’s default product sort function on the frontend. When customers click sort , instead of seeing the normal drop-down list of options such as default, price from low to high, or high to low etc. it displays an empty search box, but the box is of no use and you cant enter text in it. After you attempt to enter text into the empty search box and click around, it then returns back to the drop down list, but is broken again when you go to the next page or if you refresh the page. I’m not sure if this is a bug or it doesnt integrate well with our Shopkeeper theme, does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hello,

    Please tell me – you are using some default Shopkeeper theme template for search results or you customize it in some way? For example, by using some page builder plugin.

    the bug seemed to have fixed itself for now after we deactivated and re-installed the plugin.

    But just to let you know, we’re using shopkeeper theme’s default sorting function, its not a search function. It usually displays a Sorting list on the woocommerce shop page so that when customers click on it, they can select to sort the products by default, name, price low to high, price high to low, popularity etc. However with AWS activated, when customers tried to click the “Sort” button, the usual dropdown list of options didn’t show up and was replaced with a blank “search” box which doesnt allow you to type anything inside.

    This occurred regardless if we were using AWS in the “integrated form” or as a “widget”. I’m not sure how it resolved itself, we just deactivated the plugin, cached everything, then re-installed and now its working fine again, thanks anyways!
