Conflict with WooCommerce Product add-ons

I’m experiencing an issue with woocommerce ajax add to cart and woocommerce product add-ons, https://woocommerce.com/products/product-add-ons/. With the ajax add to cart plugin activated and multiple add ons selected, only the last add on option that has been selected is being registered when the product is added to the cart. Please advise.
