With the 2024 theme and only this plugin and WooCommerce active, when I create a new revision from a page and then “preview revision”, it just goes to the admin dashboard and fails to redirect to preview the revision.

I have tried resaving the permalinks to no avail.

Similarly, the “edit revision” link goes to the revisions queue instead of the specific revision. It is still possible to preview the revision by clicking the “preview” link from the queue list.

    Hi @bryanh42

Can you please check this recording?

This is me checking from fresh WordPress installation with the same setup as yours and did not face this issue.

Is there any step that different from your step to replicate the issue?

So, when you clicked “edit revision” from the page edit screen, it didn’t go to actually edit the revision you just created, it went to the revision queue – so maybe that’s more of a UX problem – not behaving as expected. But my main concern is something you didn’t do in that video, which is “preview revision” immediately after creating it from the page edit screen.

It does look like preview does work after “new revision” from the page list on my end.

@bryanh42 On minute 1:35, I did preview revisions immediately after creating it from page edit screen. Are you referring to different screen?

    (@bryanh42)

1:35 you were already on the edit revision screen. The revision was created at 1:19, which you clicked “edit revisions” immediately after.

If you instead click “preview revision” after clicking “new revision” – that is where my problem is. It works if WooCommerce is not active, but not if it is.

@bryanh42 Is this the correct step to replicate it?

    Still No.

    1. Edit page
    2. click “new revision” from the page>summary section
    3. click “preview revision” from the page>summary section

@bryanh42 Thanks, I was able to replicate it now.

I have created a GitHub issue on this one so our developer can fix it in the future release: https://github.com/publishpress/PublishPress-Revisions/issues/1271

    Thanks,
