After updating to the latest version of the Checkout Manager, I found (through elimination) that the Checkout Manager plugin is removing the ‘ship to different address’ checkbox from the Woocommerce checkout page.

I had to deactivate the plugin in order to display this option, and now I am not getting shipping phone details either on the checkout page or in the admin order emails.

Could you please advise when this bug will be addressed so that I can reactivate the plugin again?

    Thank you!
    Sarah

    hi there @beluserra

    Thanks for the update!

I updated the plugin but am still getting the same result.
If I activate the plugin it is removing the ‘ship to different address’ checkbox from the Woocommerce checkout page.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi,
I tested locally and it works https://snipboard.io/RWCmrE.jpg
make sure you have at least one shipping zone defined:

*From your WordPress admin, hover WooCommerce in the sidebar and then click settings:
Click on the shipping tab and then click ‘add shipping zone’
Type in the zone name, the areas this zone will cover, and the types of shipping methods you will offer.

Use snipboard.io to share screenshots of your settings so we can help you solving your issue.

However, I am still not getting the option to ship to a different address.

Do you have any other ideas?

    Hi @beluserra

Have you had a chance to look at this again?

    Hi Sarah
I tested on another test site and works
Please confirm you have the latest versions of the plugin: 5.2.7

    Also, debug as following:

Deactivate plugins one by one checking each time.
Switch to Storefront theme and test
Disable any custom scripts you might have.
This will tell us if there is some kind of incompatibility.
    regards

    Hi @beluserra

    Thank you for your reply.
I can confirm that we are using the latest version of the plugin.

I have tried deactivating all the plugins except for Woocommerce, (the checkbox appears) but as soon as I activate the Checkout manager plugin the checkbox disappears.

I have switched to the Storefront theme and got the same result.

I have disabled custom scripts, but the same thing happens.

Could you please advise what to do next?

    Thanks,
    Sarah

    Hi @beluserra

    Thank you for your work.

I have tested with 5.2.9 but the problem persists.

Using the Health Check plugin I have tested conflicts with other plugins. However, the issue still arises with only the Woocommerce and the Checkout Manager plugin activated.

Could you please let me know if you are still working on this?
    Thanks!

    Hi again,
sorry but Iam not able to replicate your issue.
-Are you selecting a physical product?
-Do you have set a shipping zone?
-Did try to debug other woocommerce products?
-Which theme are you using? please try with storefront

    regards

    Hi @beluserra

I have gone through your list again:

    – selecting a physical product
    – shipping zone set
    – try to deactivate other woocommerce plugins – no conflicts found
    – using theme Shoptimizer – the issue doesn’t resolve when I switch to Storefront.

I know this is frustrating for both of us, but I really want to get this to work on our website.

    What else can you suggest?

    Thanks,
    Sarah

    Hi @beluserra

I think I might have found the solution.

In the plugin settings there is an option to ‘force shipping address’ – when I turned that to ‘no’ the checkbox appeared.

Does that sound right to you?

    Regards,
    Sarah
