Conflict with Woocommerce official extension

I found it is conflict with WooCommerce Deposits of Woocommerce official extension at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-deposits/?_ga=2.179513636.1241976262.1554479064-1074481591.1554479064

Here is issue descriptions:

1# For NON membership product: https://prntscr.com/n81fif
2# set the product as deposit allowed: https://prntscr.com/n81g5f
3# set payment plan for twice: 20%, 80%;
4# In cart, the Due today pay will be ZERO: https://prntscr.com/n81hzr
5% Deactivate “Paid Memberships Pro – WooCommerce Add On”, the Due today pay will work properly as: 90(400*20%+10): https://prntscr.com/n81j9s

I did not found any error in logs, and here are plugins activated:
