I’m experiencing a conflict between your theme and the Woocommerce Name Your Price plugin that is causing the selection of options for variations to get stuck. Go to the page noted above and click on one of the State Forest Selection options. The popup spinner activates, but never turns off to allow end users to continue with ordering the product.

I’ve already contacted Woocommerce support about this and they told me to first switch my theme to a WordPress default theme. I did that and the problem did not happen with that theme activated. So there is something happening with Customify here.

The problem also stops when I deactivate the Woocommerce Name Your Price plugin. When I look in the Google console, I see the following error attributed to
    name-your-price.min.js?ver=3.3.4:3 :

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘$el’)
    at HTMLFormElement.resetVariations
    (name-your-price.min.js?ver=3.3.4:3:5324) at HTMLFormElement.dispatch
    (jquery.min.js:2:43064) at HTMLFormElement.v.handle
    (jquery.min.js:2:41048) at Object.trigger (jquery.min.js:2:71515) at
    HTMLFormElement.<anonymous> (jquery.min.js:2:72110) at Function.each
    (jquery.min.js:2:3003) at s.fn.init.each (jquery.min.js:2:1481) at
    s.fn.init.trigger (jquery.min.js:2:72086) at
    HTMLFormElement.t.onResetDisplayedVariation
    (add-to-cart-variation.min.js:1:3939) at HTMLFormElement.dispatch
    (jquery.min.js:2:43064)`

Any assistance you can provide towards resolving this will be appreciated. Woocommerce support is looking at it more in depth as well. I’ll let you know if they have any theme specific recommendations.

I got this resolved by Woocommerce support. It turned out there was a script from a product placed in a footer widget that was causing the problem for the product on the product page. It’s fixed now. I’m not sure why your theme also had something to do with the issue, but it is working properly now.
