• Your plugin is conflicting with WooCommerce Follow-Ups.

It is preventing the emails part of the Follow-up plugin from being created/saved. It locks out most of the options to be selected in the WordPress backend and then when you save the email, it causes it to be deleted from the DB entirely. Could be a similar ajax hook being used?

Been on with WooCommerce support trying to figure out issue with Follow-ups. Finally, did a 1 by 1 activation of plugins to find any possible conflict and found the problem stemming from this plugin.

Can you look into it? Wanted to bring to your attention.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I don’t see free version of WooCommerce Follow-Ups plugin. I cannot test it and find the issue.

Even if our plugin is providing an issue taking into consideration that our plugin is free(they can download it) and other plugin is paid you need to continue working with WooCommerce support. When they will find where the issue is they can send us a patch or an explanation of how to fix it.

    Hi Dima,

Sorry for the delay. Correct, WooCommerce Follow-ups is one of their premium plugins. WooCommerce does NOT provide any support to third party plugins, so they won’t be any help here.

I could see about setting up a demo site with the three plugins included (WooCommerce, WooCommerce Follow-ups, and Advanced Ajax Product Filters) and providing you with admin access, so you can login and take a look if you’re interested. This would allow you to see what’s happening and make sure there is no conflict in the future.

If not, I understand and would try a different plugin.

    Hi,

We are not providing support for 3d party plugins either. But who told that this is our issue? =) While not investigated they cannot tell if this is our false.

As for the demo site please contact us through email as www.remarpro.com has strict rules about site access.

    Regards,
    Dima
