Conflict with WooCommerce Deposits plugin

Hello,
I installed WooCommerce Product Price Based on Countries plugin, and is working fine except one thing, i installed WooCommerce Deposits plugin to allow users to put down a deposit instead of paying the full price. But your plugin is overwriting the deposit price and on the checkout page instead of paying the deposit price I can only pay the full price.
