My cart and checkout pages(by woocommerce blocks) are not accessible to visitors when my WP security is activated, but when I deactivate WP security, those pages work.

    How to fix this?

    Thank you in advance!

Hi, have you enabled captcha for WooCommerce in the plugin?

    Thank you

    Hi, thanks for your reply.
I didn’t make any operations about captcha. In that case, how to check it?

Hi, check under Brute Force -> Login Captcha.

Let me know how you go.

    Thank you

    Thanks for your reply.

So I just went to brute force and enable three captcha settings(login, lost password and registration) for Woocommerce, they were all disabled at the beginning.

Then I rechecked the cart page as a visitor, it was still inaccessible.

Hi, try the following. Disable all other plugins, except ours and WooCommerce. Then carry out a test.

    Let me know what happens.

    Thank you

I just tried it but I got the same result.
On the cart page, I was still told that you are not authorized to perform this action.

Hi, the only thing I can suggest now is to carryout a process of elimination.

Start by disabling all Firewall Rules, then carry out a test.

    Let me know what happens.

    Thank you

I just went to WP security -> Firewall, there are 7 tags, right?

The first three tags are about firewall, I check all the settings, they were all disabled.

And did you carry out a test?

If the above does not work, lets try something different. Disable all features in our plugin but leave it active. Then carry out a test.

    Let me know what happens.

    Thank you

    Thanks for your reply.

I leave it active, I went to WP security -> settings -> general settings, then disable security features and all firewall rules, after that, I visit the cart page and it works!

But the cart block is all over the page and it didn’t look well. It didn’t match the size of my website. However, I tried to click the ‘proceed to checkout’ button, the checkout page is matched.

That sounds like a theme related issue and maybe a cache problem as well.

I don’t think I figure it out now but I feel I will make it all clear shortly.

    Thank you so much anyway!
