Conflict with wl-carousel?

My theme released new updates which now conflict with wl-carousel of the plugin, because shortcode ultimate override owl-carouse from the theme. They told me to disable the plugin, but i need it. Then they told me to disable the owl-carouse and i’m not sure how this will work out. Im using animestream theme. What we can do to avoid that problem?

The problem is that i have slider which breaks when i active the plugin.
That’s what i’ve got like answer from the theme’s devs:
we moved the owl carousel to the footer so it doesn’t cause a delay when rendering

that’s a common thing, even the ultimate shortcode also contains it in the footer

we started fixing loading css or js scripts that block or delay rendering, and putting it in the footer is the right thing and most other themes or plugins do that too

The problem is, the plugin you use overrides it rather than loading it separately, which is not uncommon for it to interfere with other parts.
