Yoast is adding an additional tag for “link rel=canonical” which is causing a duplicate on web story urls which is triggering an error in search console.

This only happens on web story urls when web story plugin and yoast plugin are both installed on the latest versions.

    Hi @thanewest

We were able to try this on a test site (default WP TwentyTwenty theme, Google Web Stories v1.11.0, Yoast SEO v17.1) and were able to confirm that there are two link rel=canonical tag outputs for the test web story created.
