When trying to save settings it shows an error. When disabling the w3 Total cache it works. Could you please add compatibility with the cache plugin?

Please accept my apologies for your inconvenience.

Can you please tell me which error is occurring when you are saving settings?

If possible, Can you please share the screenshot URL by third-party service?

So, we can debug the issue.

If you want that we can replicate the issue on our end, please follow the below steps:

Go to Admin Dashboard > Settings > UpdraftPlus > Migrate/Clone (tab) and press on the “Create a temporary clone on our servers (UpdraftClone)” button and scroll down to the “Or, use an UpdraftClone key” section and fill the clone key

When sending backup, please do not forget anonymize data.

It will create your site’s copy to our server and help us to replicate the issue.
