    Hi,
I have two relevant plugins in my website: Site Kit Google and Visualizer Tables and Graphs. It seems they conflict….. since in most cases the charts do not show up and in my ‘console’ I have an error message saying ‘google is not defined’.

When I deactivate the Site Kit plugin it all works fine. With Firefox it sometimes shows charts but Chrome never does…

Please help me solving this issue

Thanks for reaching out. I’m happy to check this for you by recreating the same setup. Before doing so can you check whether the issue persists when following the steps below, which may help rule out a multi party conflict:

    1. Login to your site from a Chrome browser incognito window
    2. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    3. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    4. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    5. Check for the same issue once more

You can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards.

When I deactivate the Site Kit plugin it all works fine. With Firefox it sometimes shows charts but Chrome never does…

Just for clarification when you mention when you mention it sometimes shows in Firefox but never in Chrome this is with Site Kit active or deactivated?

    Hi,
I tried with the additional plugin, but I saw no difference.
Currently I have the SiteKit plugin active, and then Chrome does not show my charts; Firefox sometimes does.

It looks like a version conflict ….
The plugin visualiser has a js module called render-google.js. In line 454 it tries to load a google object and this is the response:’google is not defined’.

Therefor I assume it is a conflict with the Site Kit Plugin since that is the only plugin referencing Google items ….

Thanks for taking the time to check this. If you want me to recreate the same issue on my side can you share what type of charts you’ve created via Visualiser, or the steps to recreate? We can then investigate this and create a GitHub issue or check this with the team.

I prepared two pie charts next to each other, with manual data. So not to complex.
Next to this I created a similar solution on another website (https://famnabuurs.nl/charts) and there it works fine, nothing wrong there. But could be since I did not connect GA in my Site Kit in this website

Thanks for the update. The link with your charts is very useful. If you do have an opportunity please do try and even temporarily connect Google Analytics on that latest link before checking for the same issue.

I’ll keep you posted here once I check for the same conflict. In the meantime if you could share any console errors via a screenshot with the charts not appearing using a service such as Imgur that may provide some useful insights.

I configured SiteKitGoogle also for the Google Analytics universal version and also extended with Google Tag Manager. No problem on this website as I see now. So it is weird where this comes from…

Just to let you know I’ve added some details to the GitHub issue you created, whereby we can check this further.
    https://github.com/google/site-kit-wp/issues/3560

As I’ve so far been able to reproduce the same display issues can you share the below:

    1. Does the same occur with a different theme temporarily active? I noticed some Divi related console errors from the screenshots you kindly provided.
    2. Can you share your Site Health information, here or privately via this form. Maybe I can spot something else that may be impacting your dashboards.

Just following up with you here to see if you’re able to share the above information? Note in my comments above that should state that I’ve been “unable” to recreate the same issue.

We’re closing this support topic due to being unable to reproduce this on our side. We’re happy to reopen should you be able to perform the checks above, with the issues remaining present.
