Hi, I wanted to try this on a client’s website, noticed that when it was activated I couldn’t access the course pages, they were showing an error “page not found”. later discovered that this only happened when Tutor LMS Pro was activated. Deactivating Tutor LMS Pro, then resaving the permalinks, I could access the course pages. But that’s only with Tutor LMS pro deactivated. Please have a look at that if you can. Thanks

PS: is it possible to have both a page with the shortcode and also have the popup across the entire website?

    Hi @pmuuka,

To be honest, I have noooo idea why this would happen ?? Are you really sure? So when AI Engine is enabled, you can’t access some parts of Tutor LMS? Did you check your PHP Error Logs?

But yeah, technically, I have no idea why it happens, I don’t see even how. Please absolutely make sure of it, I think it might be something else ??

Hey Jordy, the latest update has gotten rid of those errors which is amazing, thank you.

However, I still cant get Tutor LMS PRO to play nice with AI Engine. When I have the Tutor LMS Pro plugin activated both AI Engine and Tutor LMS don’t work.

AI Engine does not return any results (Site Health reports a problem with REST API) and Tutor course pages show a 404 error. Deactivating Tutor Pro, and resetting permalinks is the only way the 404 errors disappear and AI Engine also stars returning results in the search.

Can you check your error logs again for new errors?

By the way, I think your WP would work better if you had everything set into production mode. Right now, the notices are enabled, and normally, that should be absolutely off in prod.
