Conflict with theme?

    First I want to say this is great plugin.

    I have been using this plugin for some time with my wp theme(didnt change theme). Dont exactly remember was there any update recent. But now when this plugin activated my pop up banner integrated with theme doesnt show anymore.

    My Q2W3 Fixed Widget plugin doesnt work and my breaking news (basiclly little text slide in header showing latest posts) integrated with theme doesnt move (it stays frozen).

    What could be the problem?

    I have changed theme in meantime and it seems when click fraud monitor active some parts of site get messed up.

    I have tried deactivating all plugins and activate one by one. That is how I discover Click fraud was making problem.

    For now it is deactivated.

    If needed I can send site link and create admin credentials. Let me know.
