Conflict with theme

I’ve used this plugin with one theme and everything worked perfectly. Once I’ve changed my theme, logging out worked fine, but when I tried to open a modal box for login or register, nothing happened. Console log says: Uncaught Error: cannot call methods on dialog prior to initialization; attempted to call method ‘open’.
