conflict with theme?

I installed the plugin and the second plugin, activated both and had the same exact issue.

Ummm can you elaborate on “get into your admin back end”?? I am cool with that on the surface, but need more details….

You would just need to give us an admin account so that we can look at it. You can then kill the account you setup so that we don’t have access anymore.

I can live with that.

Ok, I’m having the same problem with a theme forest template. It seems to be built by a reputable seller. Is this an easy fix, or do I need to go a different direction? I really like the way your pop looks, and acts so I’d prefer to stick with yours vs going with someone else.

If it’s from TF, there’s a good chance it’s junk, no matter how many good reviews the seller has.

We wrote a separate plugin that fixes a common bad practice:

You can try that and see if it fixes it. Otherwise, you can ask TF for a refund.

I’ve tried all steps from this topic, plugins, theme, installed the helper. It has to be a problem with the theme, non of the steps work.

When I activate Displet Pop – the theme get’s all screwed up. The css structure is all out of whack. The slider moves up and hides the header and menu. The page background drops out and several items lose their style formatting.

Any help you could give me would be great. I really want to be able to use Displet Pop on this website. Thanks!
