Conflict with The Events Calendar 6.02

    Just reporting a conflict I have found with The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro 6.02. Site completely broke after updating some plugins. Eventually isolated to the Events Calendar update somehow conflicting with Announcer. Appears to be an Announcer issue as html of pages that did load were riddled with Announcer html with many hundreds of elements with 500+ ancr selectors.

    I have resolved this myself by deactivating Announcer, until a future release fixes this.

    Thanks for using Announcer.

    I tried the plugin with event calendar plugin and do not see any issue.

    The announcer HTML is displayed on the footer of every page once. It is not possible for it to be inserted hundereds of time, unless the theme or any other plugin is calling the footer hook multiple times.

    If possible please share a screenshot(s)/URL of the page of the issue you observe, I can guide you further on that.

    Please try switching theme or disable any plugin related to this and confirm if issue persists.
