• Hi Joe, so far I’ve only run the plugin on local host,
    but when the plugin is active, the theme customizer stops working,
    it’s stuck with “Customize loading…”
    No error message is displayed on screen, but “firebug” says:

    TypeError: document.getElementById(...) is null
    https://localhost/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/access-monitor/js/jquery.ajax.js?ver=4.1
    Line: 6

    (No other plugins are installed and when the plugin is deactivated the customizer can be used again.)

    Version: 0.1.0

    ==WordPress:==
    Version: 4.1

    ==Extra info:==
    PHP Version: 5.4.7
    Server Software: Apache/2.4.3 (Win32)

    Thanks! I should probably just not allow the a11y check to run on the customizer; I’m not sure the information on that screen would be all that valuable, especially given that most users of the plugin will only be testing the front-end.

    I’m planning an update for today, and should have this fixed then.

    Joe, I have deleted Access Monitor for several reasons. First, it does not show up in the Plugins list, so I could not deactivate it. I had to delete using FTP. Second, it conflicted with the Customize feature in the Theme utility.

    The customize issue is fixed; I was waiting on some info from Tenon before releasing the update.

    Not showing up in the plug-ins list, however, is really weird; did you install it using standard methods, e.g., from the plug-in installer in WordPress?

    The only way I know of to prevent a plug-in from showing up in the plug-ins list is to install it into the mu-plugins directory, but that would be very abnormal.

    Version released that no longer conflicts with customizer. Thanks for reporting!
