    Hello all,
I seem to be getting really high cpu numbers on my cpanel as well as lagging on my website. On the debug of the super cache it gives me this message.
    – Page not cached by WP Super Cache. No closing HTML tag. Check your theme. –>
Can someone help me on whats wrong?
    Thank you

  • Hello spyrosg,

To resolve conflict you need to contact plugin author to resole the issue.

    Kind regards,

i get this message <!– Page not cached by WP Super Cache. No closing HTML tag. Check your theme. –> so i have been told it has to do with the theme as well

It sounds like Super Cache is indicating that there’s an unclosed tag on your site.

Check the HTML of the post or page (use the Text tab in your editor) and make sure all tags are closed properly. There’s a close tags button you can use to force them to close (though it may not close them in the spot you intend).

High CPU numbers are more likely to be caused by a factor other than Dyad – perhaps a plugin that’s running all the time.

I’d recommend disabling all plugins, then checking that stat again. If it’s better, turn them back in one by one to see when the issue returns, then you can contact that plugin developer directly.

If that doesn’t do the trick, reach out to your host’s support desk for assistance ??
