There’s a recent conflict between your plugin and GiveWP’s Stripe plugin (https://givewp.com/) when using the Stripe modal. The Stripe modal appears and then disappears. The Give plugin then shows the error message below. This doesn’t happen when I deactivate your plugin.

Error: There is no card on a customer that is being charged.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • HI @joshkern — I do support for Give and got alerted to this thread automatically. I love the look of that site, and your cause seems really great.

I see that you’re using the inline fields instead of the modal at the moment. That makes sense.

If you really need to use the modal, reach out to our Priority Support for assistance. Additionally, I’ve love to chat with you (in our support channel) about your launch. We’d love to highlight it as a “Give Story” on our blog if you’re open to it.

    Thanks!

    Hello, @joshkern.

    Thank you for your request.

Does the problem persists if CleanTalk plugin is disabled?

Are there any errors connected to CleanTalk in your PHP logs?

    Write back anytime.

    Best regards.

@webdevmattcrom Thanks! I reached out to priority support the other day. Just sent them the error message below.

@amagsumov The error doesn’t persist when CleanTalk is disabled, but the error message is related to Give. I’ll follow up once I hear from Give’s priority support team.

2018/12/10 16:35:16 [error] 1153#1153: *6878 FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP message: PHP Notice: Trying to get property ‘id’ of non-object in /wp-content/plugins/give-stripe/includes/payment-methods/class-give-stripe-card.php on line 204” while reading response header from upstream, client: 174.54.196.77, server: staging-goggleworks.kinsta.com, request: “POST /support/donate/?payment-mode=stripe HTTP/1.0”, upstream: “fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php7.2-fpm-goggleworks.sock:”, host: “staging-goggleworks.kinsta.com”, referrer: “https://staging-goggleworks.kinsta.com/support/donate/”
