    Hello, @nathaningram.

    We tested this plugin before and no errors were found. However any cache plugin can intervene the connection process to the CleanTalk Cloud.

    Do you use any cache plugins with Store Locator Plus?

    Thank you for the quick reply.

    We are using the Hummingbird plugin for page caching. However, I deactivated it and reactivated CleanTalk and it still doesn’t work. This error appeared when we added CleanTalk and disappears when we disable it.

    It’s the pro version, but yes that is the plugin.

    However, as I mentioned above, with CleanTalk active and the cache deactivated, the issue persists. I don’t believe the caching plugin has anything to do with the issue.
